Program Requirements:
The NCD program is an accelerated, classroom-based training pathway that equips students with the technical knowledge, industry certifications, and portfolio projects required to succeed in the field of real estate project management. Students must complete all components of the program in order to graduate.
1. Classroom Instruction – 2 Months (In-Person: 300 Contact Hours)
Intensive, full-time instruction that provides foundational training in real estate project management, construction methods, financial principles, and development planning. Students complete industry-recognized certifications, portfolio assignments, and weekly progress evaluations.
2. Capstone / Residency Week – 38 Hours (Externship)
A structured, hands-on residency where students apply classroom knowledge in a live project environment. Students collaborate on a real development project, prepare a final capstone portfolio, and present their work for evaluation.
3. Career Services – Integrated Throughout Program
Students have access to career services support, including resume reviews, interview preparation, and networking opportunities. While employment is not a requirement for NCD program completion, these services are available to help graduates explore career options and connect with industry professionals.
