By registering for and participating in the Car Care Class at Cassill Motors, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
- I understand that participation in the Car Care Class involves hands-on activities around vehicles and automotive equipment, which carry inherent risks, including but not limited to, minor injuries, burns, cuts, or other unforeseen incidents.
- I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the class and agree to exercise caution and follow all safety instructions provided by Cassill Motors staff.
- I release, discharge, and hold harmless Cassill Motors, its employees, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries that may arise from my participation in the class.
- I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in the class activities and will immediately notify an instructor if I feel uncomfortable or unsafe at any time.
- I grant Cassill Motors permission to use any photographs or videos taken during the class for promotional or educational purposes.
