The designated Association or Team Representative is responsible for reporting all injuries, major penalties and any unusual incidents to the proper authorities within 48 hours upon returning. It is the designated Association or Team Representative’s responsibility to ensure that any teams played are properly registered with USA Hockey or Hockey Canada and any tournament the team participates in is properly sanctioned by USA Hockey or Hockey Canada. Travel to Canada during the months of May, June, July and August may not be sanctioned.
