Whether you are a new maker or a seasoned one, it is likely the Made Market application will be different from those you may have submitted in the past. That is by design! 1) the application is FREE. 2) the application is personally reviewed by an owner. 3) the application is the first step in identifying high quality locally made products for the market's carefully curated collection. Whether you simply want to share your craft with the community OR you want to develop, promote and expand your brand...if you are making it, we want to know about it! Our application process is intentionally thorough in an effort to learn all we can about you and your business goals to be certain our partnership is mutually beneficial AND to ensure we are offering the consumer a variety of uniquely made products and merchandise.

Made Market is not necessarily a “booth rental” model. The sales floor will be strategically designed to showcase Maker’s products as curated COLLECTIONS vs. the industry standard booth format. In some cases, Made Market will not be accepting 100% of a Makers product offerings as typical in a booth format but rather Makers will be asked to put forth their highest quality best sellers in a retail environment to drive brand awareness and business growth while creating an incredible consumer shopping experience!

What is the most ideal lease term for your business?

Made Market requires that Makers' agreed upon inventory levels be maintained. Made Market does not currently store inventory.

Made Market will have a designated work room for Makers to prep product for the sales floor equipped with: content creation photography area (tripods, led lights, backdrops), toolbox (hammers, nails, screw guns, wrench sets, etc.), apparel supplies (sewing kit, irons, steamers, folding tables, etc.), wash sink, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Is this space a benefit that you would use?
