Made Market is not necessarily a “booth rental” model. The sales floor will be strategically designed to showcase Maker’s products as curated COLLECTIONS vs. the industry standard booth format. In some cases, Made Market will not be accepting 100% of a Makers product offerings as typical in a booth format but rather Makers will be asked to put forth their highest quality best sellers in a retail environment to drive brand awareness and business growth while creating an incredible consumer shopping experience!

What is the most ideal lease term for your business?

Made Market requires that Makers' agreed upon inventory levels be maintained. Made Market does not currently store inventory.

If you are a local Maker, do you plan to replenish your own inventory?

If you are not a local Maker, will you ship tagged inventory for replenishment?

Made Market will maintain an organic, earthy, natural interior design style and will work with each Maker on a cohesive display design.

Please include a description of any specialty displays needed to showcase your products.

Made Market is reserving floor space for Makers to host workshops in their craft/trade. Are you interested in hosting/facilitating workshops in your trade/craft?

Made Market will have a designated work room for Makers to prep product for the sales floor equipped with: content creation photography area (tripods, led lights, backdrops), toolbox (hammers, nails, screw guns, wrench sets, etc.), apparel supplies (sewing kit, irons, steamers, folding tables, etc.), wash sink, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Is this space a benefit that you would use?

Made Market will actively use social and digital media resources for marketing. Are you comfortable with your name, brand and products being publicly marketed online?

What are THREE goals and objectives you wish to accomplish in partnership with Made Market?

Made Market plans to open business operations at 6361 S Olridge Place, Rogers Arkansas by Spring 2026. Future expansion considerations are online sales, inventory storage and additional maker work room equipment.
