Terms and Conditions

By registering for this event, you (the participant or parent/guardian of a minor participant) and your
child/children agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration
All participants must be registered prior to attending the event.
Registration must be completed accurately, including emergency contact and medical information.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend, please notify us as early as possible so we can manage space and resources accordingly.
Canadian Smart Learning Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, instructor illness).
3. Health & Safety
Participants must follow all safety guidelines provided by instructors or staff.
If the participant has any allergies, medical conditions, or accessibility needs, this must be disclosed during registration.
Canadian Smart Learning Ltd. is not responsible for personal belongings lost or stolen during the event.
4. Media Consent
By attending the event, you consent to photos or videos being taken and used by Canadian Smart Learning Ltd. for promotional purposes (e.g. website, brochures, social media).
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing prior to the event.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly toward instructors, staff, and fellow participants.
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate removal from the event.
6. Liability Waiver
By participating in the event, you release Canadian Smart Learning Ltd. and its staff from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
7. Privacy Policy
All personal information collected is used strictly for registration and communication purposes and will be handled in accordance with Canadian privacy laws.
