Class 2: Movement & Strength – ways to incorporate movement into a busy schedule.
Class 3: Stress Reduction, Self Care, & Sleep – tools for emotional balance and resilience
This program offers valuable evidence-based information designed to enhance your health and set a foundation for you and your family's future wellness. You can choose to sign-up for one of the classes. The classes will be repeated on a monthly basis.
The group visit is billed as a traditional medical visit to your insurance. You may be responsible for your standard copay or deductible as determined by your insurance plan.
