VIXENS VANITY MAGAZINE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
· All pinup models and photographers are encouraged to submit their images. We have 3 designated themes each month, but we will always accept open submissions every month as well. Please go to the Vixens Vanity magazine’s Facebook page to see what themes there are each month.
· We always accept content on pinups, photographer and artist spotlights, event coverage, pinup groups, along with pinup retro/modern/vintage related articles.
· All submissions must include a properly completed release. If the form is not properly and fully completed, your submission will be forfeited and deleted.
· All Submissions must meet our guidelines, or your submission will be forfeited.
· Submit a minimum of 6 and maximum of 20, the more photos, the better the selection.
· Images must be of high resolution with at least 300dpi, photos must be taken with a professional camera and not a cell phone. 8.25 inches by 10.75 inches is best. 3 by 4 ratio is best. Do NOT crop any photos, if we need to alter a photo by cropping, we can do it based on the amount of space we have available.
· Submissions will not be accepted through social media. We will accept photos through email. Unless you are a photographer, we will not accept photos in a zipped/compressed format.
· We do not accept selfies or screenshots. Blurry or out-of-focus photos will NOT be accepted for submission.
· No full nudity, implied nudity is allowed.
· Images must be in JPG format only.
· Images with watermarks will be accepted, however, a) watermark cannot hinder the focus of the photo and b) we do not guarantee the watermark will be visible based on where it is placed.
· We do not accept any photos that have been created with AI.
· All models must be at least 18 years of age to submit. IF you are a photographer/parent and are wanting to submit a “clean” photo set of a minor; a release from the parent must be properly completed.
· IF a bio is submitted from a photographer or model, the bio may not be used due to space restrictions.
· We accept images that have been posted on social media however we will NOT accept images that have been published in other magazines.
· All submitted images must be of the model in the same attire. Photo submissions must have several different poses in it, do NOT submit if all poses are similar, they will not be published. Use only one outfit per image set or concept.
· Include both horizontal and vertical images in your submitted photo set.
· Due to the number of submissions, submitted content is NOT a guarantee of publication. Content for publication is used based on deadlines being met, current themes for each month and what is used to fit the criteria of the magazine.
· We do send an email notification to model/photographer if we select submitted publication.
· The owner, editor and photographers of the Vixens Vanity Magazine will not be held liable for legal issues due to any false statements, signatures, incorrect submissions, incorrect text, or any other indemnifying liability.
· Vixens Vanity Magazine will not be held accountable for misspelled or missing credits; it is my responsibility as the submitter to correctly provide all information below. Should I forget a creditor, misspell a word or give inaccurate information, I understand that the Vivens Vanity Magazine will not change it after the publication has launched. I am aware and completely understand how extremely important it is to get this information correct on this form and I take full responsibility for any text or photography information that I submit.
· I affirm that all my statements given to the Vixens Vanity Magazine are true and as the provider of the photos submitted.
· As the pinup model, you will need to make sure that your photographer is not only aware of your submission but has given you permission to submit and publish your photo set in Vivens Vanity magazine.
· Vixens Vanity Magazine does not provide free copies, tear sheets OR pay for any email submissions.
· All monthly publications are printed as a “print-to-purchase” publication on the Magcloud (publisher) website.
· Pinup models and photographers must be copyright holders and will be responsible if a claim is made against the Vixens Vanity Magazine for copyright infringement.
· By submitting photos, I am granting my permission to publish and distribute my work in any shape or form, along with getting the approval from my photographer.
· Do NOT contact us through either email or social media on your update of submission status or your submission will be deleted and forfeited.
· IF your Jotform submission is not FULLY completed, your submission will be deleted and forfeited.
· Deadline to submit photos is 5 days before the end of each month. IF you submit your photos after this, they will not be published until next month’s publication.

COVER MODEL INFORMATION:
We are always looking for amazing photos to grace our front cover. Please submit your “best” images without any background noise. There should be room within the image to add font on our end. Images that have been posted on social media will NOT be accepted for cover model selections. We will choose the best submission that relates to our magazine for the cover each month. The chance of becoming one of our cover models being chosen for cover is to turn in 10 to 14 photos.
PINUP OF THE MONTH INFORMATION:
If you get chosen for the pinup of the month, you will need to provide a minimum of 6 photos to submit. Photos can be different attire, location, props, etc. and (up to) 1 page bio about yourself. PHOTOS THAT ARE SUBMITTED MUST NOT HAVE BEEN IN ANY OTHER MAGAZINE.
ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
EVERYDAY we see gorgeous photos being submitted that we are unable to publish either because a) the frame is being used up, b) hard nudity, c) different attire in each photo, d) photo is too blurry or e) Jotform not properly completed or filled out correctly.
