I fully agree to have my child registered in M and N girls. The price of tuition is $3,650 for a full summer and $1,900 for a half summer for all campers. I agree to pay the above-mentioned tuition. I understand that my child will be under the guidance and authority of the M and N girls Summer experience staff. I agree that my child can go wherever the staff decides to take the camp. I also understand that, although they will be protected and carefully watched by their counselors, accidents can happen. In such a case where (G-d forbid) medical assistance is required, I will be responsible for payment. Norman Cohen/Max Sutton or any M and N Summer experience staff will not be held accountable in any way possible; neither can any employee of M and N Summer experience. It is extremely important that I give the medical staff, my child’s medical insurance information, medical history, and update of vaccinations. I hereby relinquish any rights to sue. I absolve M and N Summer Experience and their staff from any financial liabilities.
I understand that my child is obligated to listen, obey and respect all the counselors of M and N Summer experience. If my child does not follow the rules of M and N girls, I understand that she can be subject to expulsion without refund.
I also understand that should I choose not to send my child to M and N Summer experience. my $600 deposit for that child will not be refunded. Additionally, should I not notify M and N Girls of my decision not to send my child to M and N Summer experience prior to June 1, I will forfeit the balance of my payment as well. Full tuition must be paid prior to June 25, 2025.
I fully understand that my child is expected to abide by the following rules. I also understand that it is my obligation to go over these rules with my child.
1. Every child must always listen to her or any counselor or teacher. All children must be ready at all times, to hear instructions or directions from their superiors.
2. No child is ever allowed to leave her group or the place where camp is at any time without permission. Any child who does so has put not only herself but others around her in danger.
3. Parents must disclose to Camp M and N any allergies, health conditions or Learning/mental disabilities their child has.
4. Any child who wants to be dropped off at a different location (i.e. friend, family members etc.) must have their parent request permission from the head counselor.
5. Any food product that does not have an acceptable kosher certification will not be allowed in camp.
6. Foul language will not be tolerated. Children are not allowed to do anything that is not in accordance with true Torah principles.
7. Any child who breaks any of these rules, or is deemed to be a negative influence on other children will be subject to expulsion. Any child who is expelled will not receive a refund on her tuition.
8. Camp guidelines: I adhere to the following camp guidelines at all times.
Elbows, neck line and knees must be covered at ALL times.
Knee socks must be worn at ALL times.
No phones or devices may be brought to camp under any circumstance. (Cameras may be brought to camp)
