4. Operator Cab Check

5. Functional Test (After Start-Up)
Engine starts smoothly
No unusual noises, vibrations, or smoke
Hydraulic system responsive (boom, stick, bucket functions)
Swing function smooth and controlled
Travel functions operational (tracks move and steer properly)
Parking/travel lock engages properly
6. Attachments (If Equipped)
Couplers locked and secure
Hydraulic quick coupler functioning
Hydraulic lines connected and leak-free
Attachment operates as intended
7. Final Checks
No warning lights, error codes, or abnormal messages
All tools, chains, and equipment properly stowed
Report any defects or concerns to supervisor immediately
