KTFB 2027 Registration & Financial Covenant. 1. Non-Refundable Registration DepositI understand that the $100.00 registration fee is strictly non-refundable. This fee serves as my commitment to attend the 2027 Keep the Fire Burning Women's Retreat and will be applied toward my selected attendance package (Night Fuel, Full Day, or Fire Inclusive). 2. Package Balance & PaymentsI acknowledge that selecting a package creates a remaining balance (Investment minus the $100 deposit). I agree to settle this balance according to the selected payment plan (Square Installments, Afterpay, or direct invoicing). All payments toward package balances are non-refundable but are transferable to another attendee with written notice provided to the SWCF Outreach Team at least 30 days prior to the event. 3. Age Requirement (Intergenerational Experience)I understand that this retreat is designed for women and young ladies aged 12 and older. Any attendee under the age of 18 must be registered and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the retreat. 4. Media & Image ReleaseBy completing this registration, I grant NJR Ministries and Sista’s With Conquering Faith Outreach the absolute right to use my image, voice, and likeness captured during the event (via photography or video) for future ministry promotion, social media, and marketing purposes. 5. Liability WaiverI agree to hold NJR Ministries, Sista’s With Conquering Faith Outreach, and The Rivers Retreat harmless from any liability, personal injury, or loss of property incurred during the event. I am responsible for my own well-being and personal belongings. 6. Atmosphere of SisterhoodI commit to upholding a spirit of peace, respect, and spiritual focus. I understand that the leadership reserves the right to ask any attendee to leave if their conduct is deemed disruptive to the sanctuary environment of the retreat.
