TERMS & CONDITIONS
By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for booking "Jada La Pearl" for hosting, performing, teaching, or event curation services:
1. Serious Inquiries Only
This form is for professional bookings only. Private dances or non-business inquiries will not be accepted.
2. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit starting at $200 is required to secure your booking.
Travel or out-of-town bookings start at a $500 deposit.
The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours before the event date.
Failure to meet this deadline will result in a canceled booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Travel & Accommodation (if applicable)
Client is responsible for flight and/or lodging.
Preferred airlines: JetBlue, Frontier, or American Airlines.
If both flight and lodging are covered, the booking is exclusive — meaning I will not accept additional work during that trip.
If only one (flight OR lodging) is covered, I reserve the right to accept additional bookings while in the area.
4. Booking Deadlines
The inquiry of the booking must be no less than 4 weeks prior to the event date. Bookings without a deposit are not confirmed and will not be held.
Bookings must be secured with a deposit.
5. Service Minimums
Teaching: Minimum of 75 minutes; up to 2 hours. Single-class bookings under 75 minutes require at least 2 classes.
Emceeing: Minimum of 2 hours, up to 4 hours.
Performing: Up to two 5-minute sets or one 10–15-minute set.
Event Curation: Scope, hours, and pricing will be determined based on the specific project.
6. Media & Promotion
Recording during events is allowed but must include proper credit/tagging on social platforms.
A videographer on-site is preferred for content and promotional purposes.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If the event is canceled by the client, the deposit is forfeited.
If the event is canceled by me (emergency or unforeseen circumstance), the deposit will be fully refunded.
8. Professional Conduct
Respectful, professional environments only. Any inappropriate behavior or unsafe conditions will result in an immediate termination of the booking without refund.
