Complete the online Vehicle Storage Facility Permit Application below. Upon submission, the form will be routed to the Brazoria County Sheriff's Office for review and application approval.

Application must include the following documents/requirements:
- Copy of Vehicle Storage Facility License issued by TDLR
- Evidence of insurance coverage or financial responsibility for each Vehicle Storage Facility;
- Original Certificate of Insurance naming “Brazoria County, Texas” as certificate holder
- Scanned business card
- Vehicle Storage Facility invoice (voided)

- 6ft. fence with gate
- All-weather lot surface
- Lighting 1-250 watt element per ¼ acre
- Signage per TDLR guideline 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 85, Section 85.1003
- Original business card
