This form lets you register for the upcoming curling season. Take your time to accurately enter your:
- contact information,
- emergency contact
- specify your member type
- select leagues to join, spare and enter team skip (if applicable)
- locker rental and 50/50 particiption
- answer a couple of survey questions to help us with planning
- review and acknowledge the club Waiver
When complete, review what you've entered and then submit to the club. Your registration data will be uploaded to our member database.

You will get a confirmation email including a link that let's you edit your submission if needed.

League & Spare Selection

Rate for full season leagues is $250 for your first league. We will apply a $30 discount to the league fee for each additional full season league. Junior league rate is $100.

League and spare options will vary based on your selection of Member Type. Team entry leagues require you to enter the name of the team skip.

Half Season Option

The following leagues allow you to join for a half season.
- Monday Night Mixed / Open
- Wednesday Morning Open
- Thursday Night Ladies
- Friday Morning Open
These leagues offer a fall draw and a winter draw so the leagues can accomodate players who only want to play for half of the season.

Curling Alberta Membership Fee

Curlers are required to pay a Curling Alberta Membership Fee. More info is available from their website.

If you have paid your Curling Alberta Fee at another club this season, enter the name of the club below and we will not charge the fee. We will pass along the name of the club where you paid when we submit our fees to Curling Alberta.

Curling Alberta now requires our club to submit our list of registrants after we've completed our registration process. This data helps them assess the state of curling in Alberta and is required for funding requests to support curling programs.

Curling Waiver

Oilfields Curling Club requires all members to read and approve the appropriate Curling Canada / Curling Alberta / Oilfields Curling Club RELEASE OF LIABILITY and Photo-Video and Livestreaming Release prior to start of curling.

You can signify your approval by checking the box below or print, sign and bring a printed copy to the club. Copies will also be available at the club and can also be downloaded from the Registration page on the website.

Payments

You can pay for your membership via etransfer to OilfieldsCCBanking@gmail.com, mail a cheque to the club (payable to "Oilfields Curling Club") or drop your cheque at the club. Payments are due no later than the first league play date.

Under special circumstances, members may make arrangements with the Club to pay in two installments with a post-dated cheque..
Refunds

In very special circumstances the Board will consider request for refunds or for prorating of league fees (e.g., illness, relocations); however, requests for refunds will only be considered prior to Christmas. Membership fees are not refundable.
