Please note, this is a private, independent gym and not a commercial gym. Memberships do not include classes and personal training. A gym membership includes access to workout on your own time, the gyms equipment, and provided workouts you are welcome to follow.

Online Coaching with private training app that has a calendar layout of your own personalized workout program to follow based on your goals, lifestyle, history. All workouts have videos and instructions of each exercise. (all workouts can be done at my gym which is included in the price) - $179/ monthly
Full Online Coaching with check ins, accountability, nutrition guidance, workouts to follow at my gym, etc. $250/ monthly
Small women’s only group classes - $10-$15/ per class
Personalized macro calculations - $25
