The invoice will be sent out with the total number of players (TEAM FEE) e.g. $85 x 8 players. Payment must be completed before attending the Futbol 5's competition. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and fair environment for all players, coaches, and referees, the following rules apply:

Pitch Access

Only coaches and the designated team captain are permitted on the pitch.
Players must remain inside the pitch area during games.

Spectator Area

All parents, supporters, and spectators must remain outside of the pitch gates and watch from the stands or designated spectator zones.
No entry onto the playing area at any time.

Respectful Behaviour

Positive support only — we encourage cheering and encouragement for all players.
Abusive, negative, or disruptive behaviour towards players, referees, or other spectators will not be tolerated.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the venue.

- Medical Waiver & Acknowledgement

My child is physically fit, healthy, and able to safely participate in football training and related physical activities at The Futbol Academy Pty Ltd.
To the best of my knowledge, there are no medical conditions or injuries that would prevent my child from participating in these sessions.
