I acknowledge the cancelation policy which states that: If cancellation should occur before the closing of early bird pricing (September 30th), you will be eligible for a 75% refund (less the deposit). If cancellation occurs after this date, but before October 30th, you will be eligible for a 50% refund (less the deposit).
