Deliveries are available within 15 miles of Johns Island, SC. For locations 16–35 miles away, a flat $15 travel fee applies. Deliveries are not available beyond 35 miles.

Terms and Conditions

By booking a Goat Gram with The Doting Goat LLC, you agree to the following:
Location & Access

You must provide the correct delivery address. Deliveries are included within a 15-mile radius of Johns Island. For locations 16–35 miles away, a flat $15 travel fee applies. Deliveries are not available beyond 35 miles. If the delivery is to a business or commercial location, you must confirm permission for animal delivery in advance. Goat Grams cannot be delivered to restricted-access properties (e.g., hospitals, airports, government facilities) without prior written approval.

Safety

The delivery area must be safe for both goats and people (no aggressive pets, hazardous conditions, or unsafe surfaces).
Goats will remain outdoors or in approved safe spaces during the visit.
Duration

Each Goat Gram visit lasts approximately 25 minutes.

Delivery Date & Time

Customers may select a preferred delivery date and time window.
Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed; Goat Grams will be scheduled within your chosen window based on route planning and availability.
You will receive a confirmation email with your assigned delivery time.

Responsibility

The Doting Goat LLC, its owners, and property partners are not liable for any injuries, damages, or incidents that may occur during a Goat Gram visit.
Recipients and guests participate in Goat Grams at their own risk.

Add-Ons

Add-ons (treats and gift bags) are optional and subject to availability.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Goat Grams are non-refundable but may be rescheduled if weather or safety concerns arise.
