Reception
October 26th, 2025 - 1:30 to 3:30PM Member Meeting 1 to 1:30PM
Eligibility: Star Artist Status by Deadline
Artists may submit 2 pieces of any medium; this is not a juried show, but based on the number and sizes of works submitted, not all 2nd pieces may be accepted

Fee: $25 for 1st piece paid at entry, $15 for 2nd piece paid upon acceptance based on space

Sales: 25% Commission on Sales

Judge: Lacey Mitcham, Dixon Gallery & Gardens

Awards: Best of Show, 2nd Place, 3rd Place, 2 Merit, 3 Honorable Mention
Requirements:
Entries must comply with MGAL Exhibition Rules listed in the MGAL yearbook and website.
- Minimum size 16” x 20” before framing
- No nudity in artwork
- No work to leave before the exhibition closes
- Frames must have wires & screw eyes or D-Rings for hanging
- Gallery wrap with finished sides is acceptable
Drop Off/Pick Up Instructions:
- Deliver work to GPAC on Wednesday, Oct 22nd, 2025, from 9:30 - 10:30 am
- Each work must have two 3 x 5 cards, attached separately to the upper left back corner with: artist's name, phone, email, title of work, medium, size, price
- All information must match this entry form
- Pick up work from GPAC on Mon, Dec 8, 2025, from 9:30 - 10:30 am
Submission Status: Artists will be notified a minimum of 3 days before drop-off date confirming acceptance based on space of 1st piece and 2nd piece, if applicable

Entry Confirmation & Waiver

I do hereby agree to waive any right or claim against MGAL and/or Germantown Peforming Arts Center, their successors or assigns, and release and/or hold harmless said parties from any claims, actions, causes of actions, damages and/or costs (active, constructive or implied) that may now arise, or shall arise in the future out of an art showing of the work submitted for this exhibition, which I do own, and which is to be exhibited and/or sold for a price listed on the entry form. Such waiver and/or release includes but is not limited to fire, theft, negligence on the part of said parties, individually or collectively, and that of others and the moving, transporting and storage of said property.
