Details:

Rate: starts at $2,000/month + metered electric (at cost) – depends on size of rig/spot/term. Includes parking for 1 vehicle. Additional charge for additional vehicles.

For terms less than 30 days, a 12% transient occupancy tax will apply.
Periodic move-offs may be required.
