Stays are available October 15 – March 15 with a flexible start and end (minimum term is 4 months) with all guests required to depart by March 15. Come and stay for a season, or drop your rig and come and go as you please!
We have very limited availability. Please complete the application form below. We will review your information and follow up to confirm availability. If we have a spot that fits your needs, we will then require a supplemental application, and ask you to fill out background/credit check.
To be eligible for a seasonal stay, your rig must be under 15 years of age and you will need to provide proof of insurance for both your rig and vehicle.

Plus metered electric at cost ($0.40/kWh). Includes parking for 1 vehicle. Additional charge for additional vehicles.

Deposit
A $1,000 deposit is required to secure your spot when you sign your agreement. This deposit becomes nonrefundable at 30 days before the start of your term, and converts into your security deposit at the start of your term.
12% transient occupancy tax will apply for terms less than 30 days and periodic move-offs may be required.
