Dugan's Travels Partner Program 2026
Supplier Supporters Commitment Contract

This Agreement is made and entered into by and between Dugan's Travels and ("Supplier") for participation in the Dugan's Travels Partner Program – Supplier Supporters for the calendar year 2026.

1. Program Participation (À la Carte)
Supplier agrees to participate in the Dugan's Travels Partner Program as a Supplier Supporter by selecting individual à la carte opportunities. Options include, but are not limited to:

1. DU Event Presentation Spot September 21-23, 2026 ($2,000 includes tradeshow, space permitting)
2. 30 minute Webinar ($500 each) Limit 3
3. Monthly Newsletter Listing ($250)  Limit 1
4. Supplier submitted short video ($250 each)
5. Supplier Community within the Dugan's Community ($2000, space permitting and active participation required)
6. Course in MyDUOnline (past content stored here) $1000
7. Tradeshow Spot September 22 (If not presenting) $1000 

Supplier understands that this is not a packaged program and participation is limited to the opportunities selected and paid for.

2. Commitment and Obligations
Supplier commits to:

Delivering agreed-upon presentations, webinars, or content in a timely and professional manner.
Providing updates, materials, and support needed to fulfill the selected opportunities.
Actively supporting Dugan’s Travels advisors by ensuring content is accurate, useful, and aligned with agent needs.

3. Payment Terms
Payment in full for selected à la carte opportunities is due upon signing this agreement.
All payments must be received by April 1, 2026 (beginning of Q2).
Failure to make payment by the specified date will result in cancellation of the Supplier’s participation and forfeiture of the reserved opportunities.

4. No Refund Policy
Supplier acknowledges that by signing this agreement, they are committing to specific opportunities with no option for cancellation or refund.

Once payment is made, it is non-refundable, regardless of whether the Supplier chooses to discontinue participation or fails to deliver agreed-upon items.

5. Active Participation Clause
Supplier understands that participation in this program requires timely fulfillment of the selected opportunities.

Failure to provide deliverables or participate as agreed may result in reduced visibility or cancellation of the reserved opportunity, without refund or adjustment.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the terms of this agreement and any proprietary information shared during the course of the partnership.

7. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, discussions, or representations, whether oral or written.

8. Acceptance
By signing below, Supplier agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement for participation as a Supplier Supporter in the Dugan's Travels Partner Program for 2026.
