Purpose: This tool measures how often you engage in behaviors and beliefs that may contribute to role drift. Role drift occurs when you begin to stray away from the values and practices that set peer supporters apart from other providers or supports. We suggest that you approach this survey from place of non-judgmental self-reflection to gain more accurate results.
