I understand that appointments outside Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM may incur a convenience fee. Additional travel fees, parking costs, and wait times beyond 10 minutes may be added to my final invoice.
I understand that Elite Notary Signing provides officiant and license-signing services only. ENS does not handle venue setup, décor, photography, coordination, or event planning.
I understand that Elite Notary Signing officiates and signs the marriage license, but that I am responsible for returning the completed license to the issuing probate court.
I understand that all parties must have valid, unexpired identification on the day of the ceremony. ENS cannot proceed if required identification is missing or incorrect.
I understand that if ENS arrives and the ceremony cannot begin due to missing documentation, incorrect license details, delayed parties, or other preventable issues, the full ceremony fee is still required.
I understand that securing a ceremony date requires a non-refundable retainer. Remaining fees are due prior to the ceremony unless otherwise confirmed by ENS.
