Staff Requirements & Accommodation
Exhibitors are allocated two complimentary festival passes and additional armbands are available for purchase at a discounted rate of £10. Please say below how many ADDITIONAL armbands you will need on top of the 2 you already receive.*
Complimentary festival passes can be allocated as two full festival passes or 2 festival passes for each day.

We will endeavour to publicise your participation in the festival as best we can in the build up to the festival starting and throughout. We will use the information provided below to help us do this. PLEASE NOTE If you are sharing anything on Social Media re attendance at the festival make sure to tag us so our team can share this, we are unable to share any posts we aren't tagged in.

Compliance
Please upload a copy of your Current Public Liability Insurance

If your Public Liability Insurance expires before the festival you must ensure you have uploaded the new policy here using the unique link sent to you before you come on site. Organisations will not be permitted to set up without valid policy.

Before you attend Summer Madness 2026 you will need to log back in and upload a copy of the Risk Assessment for your stand. It is also your responsibility to ensure all materials used on your stand are fire resistant and have the relevant certificates or evidence of "Fire proofing" available on request.*

I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure my booking is paid for by the date on the invoice and all documents including insurance are returned by 30th May or my booking will be cancelled and any fee paid will be lost.*
