It is your responsibility to send payment for your entry to CWDC. Payment must be sent via friends and family NOT as goods/services. Any payment received in any other manner than via friends and family will be refunded and your trial entry will not be considered complete until payment is received correctly. I understand that payment is non-refundable.*

Payment sent via Venmo to @alexisdcrowePayment sent via Paypal to @CatamountWDCI have not sent payment and understand that other paid entries will take priority over my entry until payment is received in full by Catamount WDC via one of the methods above.
I understand that attendance at the trial hosted by Catamount Working Dog Club (CWDC) is not without risk to myself, my dog or any guests in attendance. I hereby waive and release CWDC, it's members, officers, guests, trial personnel and other agents from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage resulting from the actions of any dog, individual or training activity. I expressly assume the risk of such damage or injury while attending this function held by CWDC or while on any grounds used by CWDC in association with this event.

I also agree to release from responsiblity any person or company whose property CWDC may be using to host this event.

I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless CWDC and GSDCA and their members, officers, guests, trial personnel and other agents free of any and all claims by myself or any person accompanying me to this event or while on the grounds used for CWDC events.
