Policy Statement
- Once a service has been rendered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Cosmetic tattooing and esthetic services are considered permanent or semi-permanent. Results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
- Clients are responsible for following all pre-care and post-care instructions.
- Additional touch-ups, corrections, or maintenance sessions may be recommended and will be scheduled at the client’s expense (unless included in a package).
- By signing this form, you acknowledge that you fully understand and accept this policy.
