No Tax Relief and Tax Freeze community events are currently available for registration.

New enrollment opportunities across Davidson County will be announced on the Trustee’s website, socials, and in the office's monthly newsletter.

Residents are welcome to apply for the programs at the Office of the Metropolitan Trustee through April 4th, 2026.

Tax Relief and Tax Freeze specialists cannot initiate the application process without the appropriate 2024 income documentation listed below. (This requirement does not apply to disabled veterans or surviving spouses applying for Tax Relief.)

To maintain active enrollment, each year participants must submit their signed and certified annual program voucher, mailed approximately in October, by the April 5th recertification deadline.
