2026 Events (nonprofit + profit)

At Culture Lab LIC we host a wide range of events that serve our community and fulfill our mission. Each season we take proposals from our community, you!

To have your event considered please fill out the below form.

Please note that if selected you may be asked for the following:

Security Deposit- amount determined based on capacity and scope. This is refundable security deposit to be returned after the event walk through.
A Certificate of Insurance listing Culture Lab LIC / Artist is aware Culture Lab LIC does not cover any incidentals. To cover please add both entities to your COI:

Will this event sell tickets? If yes for how much? Culture Lab generally creates and manages each event that requests paid ticket sales for inside events. Culture Lab generally does not host events outside that require ticket sales.

Does this event require box office support or will it provide its own? If not pertinent write NA

Will this event aim to obtain vendors and require that the parking lot be empty (NA if an indoor event proposal)

Will the organization provide staff for set up and break down?

Will this event require access to Culture Lab outside of our opening hours? Culture Lab is open Thursdays and Fridays 5-9pm, Saturdays and Sundays summer hours 2pm-9pm.

2026 Event Proposal
