It’s that time of year again! We’re excited to announce our second annual drive-thru flu clinic—now open to current Denville Pediatrics patients AND their parents (new this year!).

Time: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Location: Denville Pediatrics Parsippany Office Parking Lot (299 Cherry Hill Road, Parsippany, NJ)
Who Can Get a Flu Shot?: Current patients AND their parents/guardians.

How To Sign Up
- Fill out the form below, Choose a 30-minute time slot and fill in all required information for EACH child.
- If a parent/guardian is getting a flu shot too: Read all the instructions on the second page of the form. Complete all fields for EACH parent/guardian receiving a vaccine.
- Parents/guardians with state-funded insurance (e.g., Wellpoint) are not eligible to receive the vaccine.
- Incomplete submissions will not be scheduled.
What to Expect on the Day of the Clinic
- Arrive anytime during your time slot – NOT EARLIER, Example: If you picked the 9:30 AM slot, you may arrive anytime between 9:30 and 10:00 AM.
  DO NOT arrive early. If you come before your scheduled time, you will be asked to turn around and return at the correct time.
- Stay in your car. Our nurses will administer flu shots right at your car—no need to unbuckle or come inside. Children can remain comfortably in their car seats while we handle the rest.
