Waivers and Terms of Agreement
Indemnity Clause
I, the undersigned, agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Muskoka Discovery Centre, its employees, agents, and volunteers, from any and all claims, losses, damages, or injuries arising out of or in connection with my child’s participation in the 2025 PA DayCamp Program.

Liability Waiver
I acknowledge that participation in camp activities may involve inherent risks. I, the undersigned, agree to release The Muskoka Discovery Centre from any and all liability in the event of injury or accidents during the 2025 PA DayCamp Program, except in cases of negligence or misconduct.

Photo Use Waiver
I give permission for The Muskoka Discovery Centre to take photographs or videos of my child during camp activities for promotional purposes, which may include, but are not limited to, social media, website use, and brochures. I understand that my child’s name will not be used in conjunction with any image without prior consent.

Acknowledgement of Policies and Procedures
By signing this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all policies and procedures outlined in the Parent Handbook for The Muskoka Discovery Centre's 2025 PA DayCamp Program. I acknowledge that I have reviewed the rules, expectations, and guidelines for camper conduct, safety, and communication, as well as the camp’s policies on refunds, cancellations, and emergencies. I understand that the DayCamp Handbook is available online or upon request, and I am responsible for familiarizing myself with its contents.
