Eagleville School Holiday Market 2025
Below is the application for the Eagleville School Holiday Market scheduled for December 6, 2025 in the Eagleville School main gym. The Market will be open to the public beginning at 10 am and ending at 3pm. The gym will be open to vendors for setup beginning at 7 am. Contact Jason Brown at brownj@rcschools.net if you have any questions. You will receive the link to pay for your booth from Jason pending approval.

By electronically signing below: I understand that my booth will not be granted final confirmation until payment is submitted; Eagleville School (or its affiliates) are not responsible for damage or loss of product during the course of the event, and I commit to being present for my booth on December 6, 2025 in the Eagleville Gym. By signing below, I also agree to have my items ready for sale beginning at 10am and will not begin tear down prior to 2:30 pm. Should I not be able to attend, I will notify event organizers as soon as possible. I understand that my fee is a donation to Eagleville School Athletics and nonrefundable.
