I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing and all other rules that govern these races. In particular, I confirm that I have read the Notice of Race and accept its provisions and agree that my boat will conform to the requirements set out in the Notice of Race throughout each event.

I declare that I hold a valid and current boat insurance for the above boat which covers me (and anyone I agree to lend the boat to 1) for at least £2m against third party claims whilst racing at Bembridge.

Buoyancy & Clothing: I will ensure my boat has been buoyancy tested within 1 month (or 2 Regattas) of commencing racing. I will wear an approved PFD when required by the RO and wear suitable clothing for the weather conditions. Boat
