• Please note: The order form has been changed to accommodate agencies that serve multiple counties. Please list only one county per page.

We try to fill orders based on fluctuating inventory and availability.  When ordering items for expectant clients, please place a request within 4 weeks of the due date.

Requested information/demographics is for this order only.

All orders must be picked up within one business day of your scheduled appointment. As this is a scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that it be treated as such. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, so if you’re unable to make it, please reach out to reschedule. Orders not picked up within the allotted time will be returned to stock, and a new order will need to be submitted.

Please do not order more than you can safely transport.

Please do not share this link with other agencies as it must be provided to them by Helping Mamas staff.

Need assistance?     1) Review the written instructions on the partner page

                                 2) Email knoxorders@helpingmamas.org and we will help you

At this time, HMK has added Pull-Ups in all sizes to the platform. Please note that our inventory is donation-based and limited, so we may not always have the exact brand or size requested available.

To ensure we can accommodate all our partner agencies and their case managers effectively, Helping Mamas kindly requests that all items be included in a single appointment per week.
With over 90 partner agencies and multiple case managers from each agency, multiple orders reduce availability for others who also rely on these resources. Currently, we have 56 appointment slots available each week, and consolidating requests into one appointment will help us serve everyone more efficiently.
