This worksheet is designed to support your ministry during your annual Goals & Objectives planning process and to help keep your ministry on track throughout the year. By capturing specific details now, you will have a clear reference point for the entire calendar year.

Instructions:
As your ministry plans for the upcoming year, be sure to include expected revenue and expenses in your discussions. Use this worksheet to document your cost projections. Then as you complete For each goal and objective you will need to record the planned Revenue and Expense associated with each major goal, in the electronic Goals & Objectives form.
Use this worksheet during your planning meetings to capture detailed cost and revenue projections for each activity.
The worksheet is available on the CTK Leaders Portal and can be printed for your use during planning sessions. Once finalized, complete the fillable PDF form on the portal, save it for your records, and email a copy to Cynthia Stewart at: Cynthia.stewart@ctkbc.org.
While this worksheet will capture detailed figures, please note that in the Annual Goals & Objectives form you will only need to record the Total Expected Revenue and Total Expected Expense for each goal.
