• A Minimum of PHP 150 purchase, exclusive of the shipping fee is needed to proceed with your order. 
• No cancellation of order/s. Please fill out this form if you're 100% sure you want to order. 
• This is a pre-order event. Items are made-to-order; they are not on hand. All merchandise will only be manufactured after the pre-order period. No rush orders.
• Estimated Waiting Time: 5 weeks after the preorder period (Estimated Production Time: 2 weeks, Packing Period: 2-3 weeks, Shipping Period: Immediately after packing period).
• Further delay may occur due to our weather conditions. Any damage, loss, or delay in transit is beyond the control and responsibility of the artist.
• I follow a "Pay as you order" policy. Payment is due before submitting your form.
• Shipping: J&T (PH only)
• Name, contact number, and full address will be required for shipping details. Every detail disclosed by both parties should be confidential and is only used for this transaction.
• Please give me ample time to send your order confirmation. I will do my best to monitor. Please keep in mind that these are all done manually by a single person.
• Shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer and is added to your order total.

• WITH SAFEKEEPING STICKER SHEET AND/OR LETTER PRINT: PHP 25
