I (“Participant”) hereby give my consent to participate in any and all activities prepared and hosted by Royalty Entertainment Company (“REC” or “GetRECed”), including but not limited to workshops, classes, and drop-in sessions.

I acknowledge and understand that participation in these activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, potential slips, falls, and other injuries associated with pole, movement, and erotic art practices.

By signing below, I voluntarily assume all risks and hazards incidental to participation and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless REC, its officers, owners, teachers, contractors, affiliates, representatives, and any sponsoring agencies, advertisers, or venue owners from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation.
