For three months, one player commits to showing up at every event, seven days a week. To support them, seven families step in, each taking one day a week to provide a ride. This lightens the load for the player’s parents while also keeping the team connected throughout the year. After three months, families may continue if they choose. If enough kids join in from different areas, we’ll set up multiple squads to see which area can pull it off best.
