This request is for North Underpass (Jackson Park Rd & Main St.), South Underpass (Dale Earnhardt & Main St.), Village Park (West C Street & Loop Rd.) and Kannapolis Parkway (Kannapolis Parkway & Rodgers Lake Road). The event organizer should supply and install the poles, zip ties, bungees, banners and signs for advertisement.
