2025 Sub for Santa Sponsor Information

By sponsoring a child/family, you are agreeing to spend approximately $100-150 per child.

If that is more than you would like to commit to, we do have Angel Trees where you can purchase items that are more agreeable to your budget. You can find more information here: https://cachecountysubforsanta.org/ways-to-participate/angel-tree/

We will be in contact with your assignments as soon as possible, but no later than November 17th! We do our best to send information as soon as possible but much of this depends on how quickly we receive applications.

You should get an email when you submit this application, but we may not reach out to again before this date. Just know we are working hard behind the scenes and if you received a confirmation email, we have you on our list and are planning on your support!

For planning purposes, gift drop is scheduled for the following dates/times:

Friday December 5: 12-6 PM
Saturday December 6: 9-Noon
Monday December 8: 5-7 PM (if needed)

We will do the appointments for drop off again this year as it helped run things a bit more smoothly for us (and hopefully you). We are in a new location this year and all of the details about the new location will come when we ask you to sign up for an appointment.

PLEASE NOTE!!: Sub for santa does not have a year-round location. We realy cannot emphasize enough how tight of a turnaround we have for our program. All gifts will go out the door by December 13 and at that point we move out of our space and can no longer get gifts to children with rare exceptions. We end our program early in part because we have to be out of the space our donors have so generously let us use, but also so that our staff and volunteers can spend some time celebrating the holidays as well. Please keep this in mind when committing to sponsor children.

Consider not exceeding $150 per child so as to keep expectations "even" throughout the program and to also assist you in determining how many children you are able to sponsor. If you purchase a higher cost item (such as a bicycle), you may go over the $150 limit or we can fill in from our general donations. You do not need to spend the maxiumum amount if that is not in your budget.

Due to security concerns, all donations must be unwrapped. You may consider including wrapping supplies with your donation for the parent(s).

If you are an individual that would like a tax reciept, please indicate if we can email you a tax donation instead of mailing it. If you prefer mailed tax forms, please list your address below. If you are a busness and coordinating donations, if individuals would like a tax reciept, please email us a spreadsheet with their name, email address, and address (only if they prefer a paper reciept) and the amount they donated to director@cachecountysubforsanta.org and we will get them on our donor list.
