At Ohio City Provisions, we have everything you'll need to make your Thanksgiving an all local feast: pasture-raised turkeys, seasonal produce & farm fresh desserts, charcuterie boards and more, all raised/grown within 75 miles of your table.

Fresh Fork has 11 area pick up locations in your Cle / Akron community that's selling the same fresh turkeys, fixings package, stock/gravy and pies. Fresh Fork services the following communities: Akron, Beachwood, Brecksville, Cleveland Heights, Hudson, Lakewood, Mentor, Middleburg Heights, Rocky River, Solon, and Westlake.

Early Turkey Requests.  Fresh, never frozen turkeys are not available before Sun, Nov 23. If you need something sooner, please consider a brined turkey. These are also fresh, never frozen turkeys; we just harvest a small batch early to get them in brine and let it work it's magic. We have a limited number of birds being harvested early to fill these requests, starting Sun, Nov 16. A brined turkey will stay fresh until the first week of December.

Smoked Whole Turkey ($9 per pound)
Available starting Mon, Nov 24. Approx. 13 to 15 pounds final weight. Priced on pre-cooked weight (17 to 20 pounds, approx. 25% weight reduction after cooking. Spatchcocked with back-boned included for your own home use to make gravy.
Brined Double Turkey Breast Roast ($12 per pound)
Available starting Mon, Nov 24. Bone-in breast roast (2 breasts, bone in on the ribcage). Approx. 10 to 12 pounds
Traditional Turkey Breast Roulade ($18 per pound)
Available starting Wed, Nov 19. One boneless turkey breast, stuffed with herbs, lemon zest & garlic. Cooked in sous vide & ready to reheat. Approx. 3 to 4 pounds.
Sour Cherry & Sage Turkey Breast Roulade ($20 per pound)
Available starting Wed, Nov 19. One boneless turkey breast, stuffed with house-made sour cherry & sage pork sausage. Cooked in sous vide & ready to reheat. Approx. 3 to 4 pounds.
Turkey Ballotine ($12 per pound)
Available starting Mon, Nov 24. Market Turkey stuffed with mirepoix, cherries & stuffing. Fully Cooked & ready to reheat. Approx. 15 to 18 pounds.

Available starting Sun, Nov 23. All-local produce box with the staples for your side dishes. Weight Request Terms & Conditions: I understand at this time my turkey is still cluckin' and gobblin' across organic pastures. The birds are processed just days before Thanksgiving and OCP will not know the final weight of the turkeys until they are in the store. OCP will do their best to match my preferred weight range/approx. weight for specialty items on my order and I understand that there may be some variance to the final weight at pick up.
