The following section is OPTIONAL, as is choosing to answer some, but not all of, the questions. The St. Paul Area Chamber Charitable Foundation finds this information very helpful and encourages you to provide it to help aid in future recruiting efforts. The St. Paul Area Chamber does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, disability, age, citizenship status, marital status, sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity or expression. We do find great value in having a class of participants from all levels of organizations, varying ages/experience, and cultural and ethnic backgrounds; in addition to knowing that individuals can lead from any level of an organization and should pursue professional development, we also find that variety in background aids in good dialogue as well as creative solutions for systems change.
