By entering the OCBPC Raptor Photography Contest, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Ownership

o I affirm that I am the sole creator and copyright owner of the submitted photograph(s) and that they do not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other rights of any third party.

2. Usage Rights Granted to Orange County Bird of Prey Center (OCBPC)

o I grant the Orange County Bird of Prey Center (OCBPC) a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute my submitted photograph(s) in any media, including but not limited to:

§ Social media, websites, newsletters, and email communications

§ Printed materials, fundraising campaigns, and educational resources

§ Promotional displays, exhibitions, and event marketing materials

o This usage is granted without additional compensation and applies worldwide.

3. Credit

o OCBPC will make reasonable efforts to credit me as the photographer whenever my image is used.

4. No Obligation

o I understand that OCBPC is not obligated to use my photograph(s).

5. Release

o I release and hold harmless OCBPC, its officers, employees, and volunteers from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of OCBPC’s use of my photograph(s) in accordance with this agreement.
