Hawai'i Asia-Pacific Affairs Leadership Program Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the 2025 - 2026 Hawai'i Asia-Pacific Affairs Leadership (APAL) Program cohort. Please submit the following form and all supplementary materials no later than Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 11:59pm HST.

The upcoming APAL Program will run from October 2025 to July 2026. Applicants must between the ages of 18 - 24 and be based on Oahu for the duration of the program. Participation in the program is free.
