KINGZ UNLIMITED – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Kingz Unlimited!!! All standard orders require 100% payment in full before production begins. Bulk orders of 10 or more items require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due before pickup, drop-off or shipment. Production will not begin until the required payment has been received.

Please allow the estimated turnaround time of 7-10 business days at the time of purchase. Turnaround times will vary depending on order size, product availability, holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Custom orders cannot be canceled, refunded or changed once production has started. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, colors, sizes and order details before production begins.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email or text once available. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Kingz Unlimited assumes no responsability for delays, damaged, lost or stolen packages and no replacements or refunds will be issued for items lost in transit.

If any item is incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the incorrect item(s). Upon approval, which can take up to 3 business days, one (1) complimentary replacement item will be provided to you. If a refund is requested instead of a replacement, please allow 3–5 business days for the amount to be returned to the original method of payment.
