  • As the highest volunteer award available at Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas, this honor goes to volunteers who have lived the Girl Scout mission and embodied the principles of our founder, Juliette Gordon Low. Recipients of this honor have contributed significantly and uniquely to Girl Scouting within the council, continued impacting girls and adults, and exemplified the Girl Scout Promise and Law.

  • BASIC CRITERIA FOR SELECTION

    This award honors individuals with 25 or more years of service to Girl Scouting as a volunteer and whose continuous and outstanding dedication goes above ad beyond the expectations of the position(s) held. 

    In order to be considered for this award the following guidelines must be met: 

    • The nominee is an active GSGST Volunteer.
    • Has dedicated 25 years or more to GSGST as a Volunteer.
    • Has received the Thanks Badge and Thanks Badge ll Award Pins.
    • The nominee actively recognizes, understands, and practices the values of inclusive behaviors. 

    Nominees may not nominate themselves for this award.
