Wyndham A & P Society TRADE BOOKING

TRADE SITE APPLICATION:

The Wyndham A & P Society Annual Show is being held on Saturday 6th December 2025.

We offer the following trade options:

TRADE SITE: $10 per metre of site frontage + GST
A trade site will be allocated to you, and you organise everything that goes on that site for Show Day. You indicate how much space site frontage you require and if you need access to power. Sites are approximately 10m deep.

MARQUEE SITE: $25 (limited availability)
Undercover option in a shared marquee where you provide your own table/setup, you just let us know how much space you require. This marquee will be open to the public all day (approx. 8am – 3pm).

FLOWER SHED SITE: $25 (limited availability)
Undercover option in the main flower shed. A table will be provided. The flower shed will be open to the public from 11am – 3pm (after flower judging).

- Please note the Wyndham A & P Committee reserves the right to accept or decline applications at their sole discretion.

We have now reached our quota for coffee carts.
