Level 2 is for those who have already completed Level 1 and are ready to go deeper. This course moves beyond understanding ADHD into creating sustainable behaviour change. Over seven sessions, we focus on one habit of your choice and walk through a structured six-stage process: building awareness, setting realistic goals, anticipating barriers, self-monitoring, integrating habits into your identity, and designing a maintenance plan for long-term success.
By the end of Level 2, you’ll have not only practised your chosen habit consistently but also developed the skills to restart after setbacks, adjust when life changes, and maintain systems that support you for the long term.
