Seller Terms

1. Deposit, Payment of Purchase Price, Fees

Specific puppies will not be held unless deposit has been confirmed as received.

Buyer will pay a deposit which will be deducted from the purchase price agreed upon. Payment shall be made in full before releasing the puppy to their intended home.

In the event Buyer decides not to proceed with the purchase of the puppy, any payments made are non-refundable.

In either event, Seller shall be free to sell the Dog to another party.

In the event that the Dog is not available due to sickness, death, or any other circumstance owing to the fault of Seller, Buyer’s deposit will, at Buyer’s option, be either
- refunded, or
- transferred to the next litter of puppies
2. Transfer of Ownership and Registration

Upon payment in full of the Purchase Price, Seller shall promptly take all actions required to officially transfer ownership and registration (if any) of the Dog to Buyer.

3. Seller’s Representations and Warranties

Puppy is sold as is unless otherise documented.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to take the puppy to their local Veterinarian for a Health checkup and routine vaccinations, etc.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to pay for any incurred costs for the puppy once it leaves the Seller. This includes but not limited to while in the care of a Travel Nanny if it applies.

I, the buyer undersigned, agree with the following statements:

I read and completely understand the content of the seller terms listed above.I will forfeit the deposit and any rights to the Dog if:(a) I fail to complete the purchase of the Dog for any reason, or (b) I fail to pay the balance of the Purchase Price within upon the agreed delivery date.The Dog will reside with me as companion pet to me and my family.I will keep the Dog in an enclosed area of adequate size, and will not allow the Dog to roam at will. I will not keep the Dog chained or tethered or permanently house the Dog in a kennel.I will provide the Dog with nutritious food and necessary veterinary care, including deworming, heart worm prevention and regular vaccinations.I am not acting as an agent for any other person or business in the purchase of the Dog.I will not sell, give, or release the Dog to a pet shop, retail store, dog dealer, animal testing facility, research facility, or an agent for any such business or facility.In the event I sell the Dog to a new owner, I shall ensure that the new owner agrees in writing to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
