I acknowledge the importance of my protective clothing, equipment and Machine being in good condition and fit for
the purpose of taking part in this Event, and I further acknowledge that I alone am responsible for my protective
clothing, equipment and Machine being and remaining fit for purpose throughout the Event.
NOTE:
1. Random scrutineering will be conducted on machines and rider safety gear across all classes throughout the
event
2. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
3. One scrutineering sheet must be completed per machine.
4. For juniors both the rider and parent or guardian must sign this form for it to be considered complete.
5. All machines must comply with the regulations outlined in the MoMS for the discipline in which they intend to
compete.
6. MA’s new rule - front & back body armour is COMPULSORY for
SENIOR riders from 1st January 2026
By signing this form I acknowledge that I have read, undestand and accept the conditions on the Indemnity provided for motorcycle activity.
