Cancellation and Change Policy

Guidelines on Cancellations and Applicable Charges
All cancellations and changes must be made at least 7 days prior to the conference.

A cancellation fee will apply for late notice or reduced numbers as follows:
- 4 – 7 days before commencement: 30% of the total charge
- 2 – 3 days before commencement: 50% of the total charge
- 24 – 48 hours before commencement: 75% of the total charge
- Less than 24 hours before commencement: 100% of the total charge
