1) Withdrawal eligible for REFUND: 18th October 2026 (Sunday). Withdrawal after the date above, regardless of any reason.

3) Last Event Withdrawal WITHOUT REFUND: 6th November 2026 (Friday), 12:00pm.

4) Any withdrawals after the last withdrawal deadline without refund above, with or without notification, shall be deemed as "Did Not Start" (DNS).

5) A penalty of RM100 per event shall be imposed on any ‘DNS’ and payment must be made immediately before the swimmer’s next event.
